³ If utilizing UMA Services, Customer will pay an additional fee, which could go up to 2%, to the Sub-advisor to cover the management fees charged by the applicable UMA Managers selected to manage client’s assets. This additional fee will be deducted from Customer’s account and paid to the sub-advisor quarterly, in arrears. Please contact your Wealth Advisor for specific details on fees charged by UMA third-party managers. Refer to WRAP fee brochure for a more detailed information about advisory and other services costs.
